With his creative juices constantly flowing, Gibran works closely with the Published Daily team to brainstorm, provide suggestions and keep his brainchild of PD on the cutting edge. Gibran also works with writers and affiliates of Published Daily. His caring and selfless attitude shine in his commitment and concern for the PD team, and his contagious passion and zeal inspires every team member. Gibran has a keen interest in utilizing his life experiences to inspire others, and he writes for Published Daily in the areas of Personal Finance and Inspiration.

Gibran is an old-timer in the world of entrepreneurs. At 20 years old, he started his own mortgage company. In 2005, Gibran became the Chairman and CEO of the CMPS® Institute, a national organization that has since certified over 5,000 mortgage bankers and brokers. Through his involvement in CMPS, Gibran empowers mortgage and financial professionals with knowledge and resources to increase their competitive advantage. Having traveled across the country for professional speaking engagements, Gibran is frequently quoted as a mortgage industry expert in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch, Business Week and the Washington Post and has been featured on Fox and ABC News. As a nationally renowned expert, Gibran speaks and writes about economics, real estate and financial issues including the current mortgage and credit crises.

Fun facts about Gibran:

• Gibran is passionate about music. His eclectic style of playing alto sax combines the desert sounds of Arabia with the Jazz of days gone by. His listeners are magically transported to the Golden Age of music with his renditions of Lebanese folklore, classical Arabic music, and jazz. He also enjoys playing the 'oud, an Arabic instrument similar to a lute.
• Gibran's family and friends tease him about his tendency to "zone out" during conversations and his forever pauses before answering questions. It was no surprise to learn that he was born thinking — literally! Unlike most newborns, but very much like Gibran, he had to "think" before he realized he had entered the world, when he finally began to cry.

Jaad is the "brains" behind Published Daily. His intuition, get-it-done leadership skills and above-average intelligence are relied upon in every area of the business. He is dependable, dedicated and he continually stresses the significance of teamwork. Jaad guides the team in using all the company's resources to develop and grow Published Daily and better serve our members. He inspires accountability and steadfastness in each team member as ideas are debated, decided upon and implemented.

Jaad also serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of the CMPS® Institute. Jaad provides his operational savvy and administrative leadership to both the CMPS and Published Daily teams.

Fun facts about Jaad:

• Jaad is our resident "jock." He enjoys martial arts and is currently training in the arts of tae kwan do and jiu jitsu. He loves sports and takes exceptional pride in beating his little brother Jaleel in a game of basketball.
• Jaad, also a musician, taught himself at a young age to play the Lebanese drum, also known as the "Durbeke." He has been asked to play with various Lebanese bands throughout the state of Michigan!

Josephine is the "heart" of Published Daily. She provides the Published Daily team with dynamic, friendly, efficient, and time-sensitive results. Josephine spearheads the PD writer and affiliate programs. Her sensitive heart, contagious laughter, and dynamic personality keep the team encouraged, on their toes and always ready to work! Josephine is thorough in her operational savvy, she provides exceptional customer service to PD members, and she single-handedly manages the public relations for Published Daily.

Josephine is also the Executive Vice President and co-founder of the CMPS® Institute. She directs and leads all in-house event management duties for the CMPS team. Known for her "concierge" level of service at all CMPS Live! Events, Josephine's dependability and dedication never go unnoticed. Josephine also single-handedly manages the public relations for CMPS Institute and runs the CMPS Media Program.

• After a long, hard day at work... Josephine uses baking as her stress-relief! She's often teased about the mess that follows her baking extravaganzas, but she can sure cook up a delightful batch of chocolate chip cookies!
• After receiving her first keyboard as a gift from her uncle, Josephine ventured on to teach herself to play the piano! Her talent is exceptional, the emotion she pours into her music tugs at your heart strings, and she especially enjoys when family and friends gather to join in her passion.

Jihan is the "soul" of Published Daily. She intertwines her soft spirited persona with her assertive work ethic to contribute ground breaking originality and results to the Published Daily team. Jihan's leadership style inspires effective teamwork, results and peak performance among our highly talented tech team. Her creativity and innovative ideas are invaluable to the PD website design and functionality. Jihan also brings her gentleness and "smiling" tone to member relations, reassuring members that the PD team is here to help.

Jihan has a keen passion and talent for writing. She looks at this talent as a gift from God that keeps on giving. Jihan's passion is to use her gift to encourage and inspire others, and she does so through poems and articles written for the Inspiration category of Published Daily.

• Jihan is a lifelong student of the arts. She draws and designs exquisitely. Her deep and moving feelings can't be missed in the clear, trilling and bending notes of her flute. Her soulful renditions of Broadway musicals spark their emotions inside of you, and her loving interpretations of classical Lebanese folklore transport you back to the Golden Age of Lebanon.
• Jihan loves to shop, and her favorite shop is Anthropologie. Jihan enjoys their bohemian and feminine attire.

Rick comes to the team with 12 years of professional programming experience with Fortune 100 companies. He is responsible for building and maintaining the Published Daily web site software. Rick has a BS in computer engineering from Iowa State University. He loves what he does so much that in his spare time he enjoys... programming!

Fun facts about Rick:

• Rick is a deadly weapon! He has three black belts! Rick has mastered the arts of tae kwon do, jujitsu, and now judo. He now teaches jujitsu.
• Rick is also a little... fishy. He keeps reef fish and corals in his home and office. He has a 150 gallon tank in his living room at home and a 20 gallon tank in his office!

Jonathan brings a passion for visual communication over the internet. His responsibilities also include designing the Published Daily emails. Jonathan and Jihan work together to create innovative ideas for the website design. When not immersed in design software you can find Jonathan enjoying rural life, spending time at the Pacific Ocean, English Country Dancing and spending time with his wife Elizabeth.

Fun facts about Jonathan:

• Amongst several hobbies that Jonathan has, his longest running hobby was being a Civil War reenactor for 13 years!
• Jonathan also has an ear for music and has learned to play a vast selection of musical instruments, including: the piano, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, pipe organ, penny whistle, bodhran, bagpipes, and accordion. AND he sings!

Suzette joins the Published Daily team with wit and competence. With her get-it-done attitude, Suzette is reliable and dependable in completing her responsibilities, as she works with Jonathan, Rick, and Jihan to accomplish the seamless functionality and sleek look of the PD website. Intriguingly, Suzette is a web developer by day and a chef by night; she is proud of the honor she had to work with "Iron Chef America" winner Ken Oringer at Boston's famed Clio Restaurant!

• Suzette is a student of life and a collector of memories. Being an avid pet-lover, some of her most cherished memories are those spent with her own pets.
• Suzette's talents span a wide range. While being a competition kick-boxer at a young age, her artistic nature was taking shape - her hobbies now include writing screenplays and poetry, and creating culinary gardens.

Paul is currently an intern for Published Daily. He is volunteering with hopes to sharpen his skills and make them applicable toward his life aspirations. Paul works most closely with Jaad, assisting him in various tasks including finding up-to-date technology to keep Published Daily fresh-faced and running smoothly for our members. Paul joins the team on the PD conference calls and voices his momentous ideas and his significant opinions to provide the team with a "voice of reason."

• Although Paul is the youngest member of Published Daily, at home, Paul is the oldest brother to FOUR sisters! He still dreams of one-day waking up in the morning with brothers added to his family.
• Paul has a keen interest in homeopathy. He is certified in homeopathy and is working towards his bachelors in nutrition.
